Stary Sącz Altar and Church Webcams
Stary Sącz is a town in southern Poland that leaves nothing to chance when it comes to attracting worshippers to its churches. This town has just about every kind of church going as well as one that’s totally original, it’s a pagoda, and a monastery in its historic centre too.
Stary Sącz has had religious connection since it was founded in the 13th century by St Kinga, the patron saint of Poland. The humble St Kinga would probably have been in agreement with a congregation sitting outdoors on the lawn while listening to the service. The good thing is, these days no-one needs to distribute loaves and fishes to feed the masses. Everyone can take a picnic and eat it on the grass after they finish singing the hymns.
