 As you can see on this live feed streaming from the Marveld Recreation Park near Groenlo in the Netherlands, when the Dutch go camping they go camping in style.

Watch as the cam pans and you’ll soon notice that this campsite lacks for nothing. Five star bungalow accommodation, an on-site water park, a wellness center, a nightclub and even a petting zoo. It looks amazing, and definitely a step up from the British holiday camps run by Butlins. That said though, there’s one thing about the two that is exactly the same. It’s one feature that can’t be changed no matter how great the facilities are. Yes, you guessed it – the weather. Sadly, it rains just as much in Holland as it does in the UK.
