With this collection of animal webcams you can make a digital tour of Budapest Zoo to see the animals that live there. Some of them are quite shy so you may need to wait for them to put in an appearance. With these live feeds, patience is the name of the game.

You can’t see them all on these webcams, but Budapest Zoo is home to eight-hundred and fifty different species. If you can’t spot the elephants and orangutans it could be because they’ve gone for a wander around the adjoining botanical gardens. If you view the cam late in the afternoon and don’t see hide or hair of any creature, that’s because the keepers will have put them to bed ready for the zoo’s closing time.
