Anguilla is a paradisiacal island in the Caribbean Sea that lies some nautical miles north of Venezuela and east of Puerto Rico. While it may be a British Overseas Territory and have English as its official language, it’s about as un-British as it gets. Forget fish and chips, here the national food is pigeon peas and rice.
