Live Election Webcams Across The States
There’s been plenty of political hoo-ha in the US over the past few months and recently the hoo-ha-ing has reached a decibel level that’s loud enough, if you listen to it, to make your ears ache as state-wide election dates approach.
Politics, elections and voting in secret, as with many things in modern times, can be traced back to the Ancient Greeks. Over the centuries, political parties, rather than monarchy, have become an accepted way of ruling communities, not just in the US, but worldwide. Those who seek to rule, or better said to be of “public service”, affiliate themselves with a group of like-minded folks, a political party. To acquire that coveted prime position, the leaders of said political parties often have to wax lyrical, long and loud, on how they and their party will run their community better than anyone else. In general, most political leaders, once voted into power, and it’s a worldwide trait, then have a tendency to completely forget their pre-election promises.
In the US, where there’s a population of almost three-hundred and fifty million, there’s been a lot of hoo-ha-ing, and a lot of promises. But let’s face it, it’s a country where you have to be loud to be heard. Only time will tell who’s hoo-ha-ing was the most convincing and which political party gets the public vote. Stay tuned to these live election cams to find out.
