Lincolnshire Wildlife Garden Webcams in Scunthorpe
Scunthorpe, a town in the county of Lincolnshire, might not be the first place on most people’s list when searching the internet in the hope of seeing some native British wildlife live. Well, not unless they’re after viewing party animals passing through Scunthorpe on their way to the nearby seaside resort of Cleethorpes to celebrate a hen night or stag do on the cheap.
If that was what you were hoping to see, shame, because this collection of live feeds will show you absolutely nothing like that. What this collection of Lincolnshire wildlife cams will show you is the abundance of creatures that visit a tranquil garden in what is one of the county’s most populated industrial towns. The variety of birdlife that drops in for a peck at the seeds in the well-stocked feeders is astounding although you will need to view for a while to get a glimpse of them all.
Stay with the feed a while and you’ll spot robins, sparrows, great tits, smaller tits and blue tits plus several feathery friends from the finch family. If you prefer four-legged ground feeders to pesky peckers then keep an eye on the reflection pool cam. That’s the beautifully decorated, rustic-looking spot where foxes, badgers and hedgehogs go to recharge their Zen energy levels and forget about how industrialization and the spread of urbanisation has taken over their natural habitats. Thanks to Phillip who, with his lovely bird and animal-friendly garden, has managed to give them a little bit of space back.
